자체 조정 자동 피더

밀링 커터
모든 OPEX 우편물 개봉 시스템에는 가장자리에서 0.25mm(0.01인치) 정도 떨어져 깨끗하고 부드러운 깃털 모양으로 개봉하는 특수 밀링 커팅 기술이 채택되어 있습니다. 이 방법은 블레이드를 사용하는 것보다 훨씬 안전합니다. 종이 절단을 크게 줄여 줄 뿐만 아니라 봉투 내용물이 잘릴 위험이 적습니다.

OMATION Series 210 및 410 우편물 오프너는 소, 중, 대형 중량 봉투를 위한 최적의 커팅 깊이 설정 3가지와 함께 커팅 깊이 조정 노브가 있습니다. OMATION Model 606 시스템에는 0.25mm(0.01인치)에서 3.175mm(0.125인치)까지의 다양한 봉투 무게에 대해 8개의 조정 가능한 커팅 깊이가 있습니다. 모든 OMATION 시스템에는 봉투 계수 및 분류에 사용할 수 있는 노컷 설정이 있습니다.

각 우편물에 대한 추적성을 개선하기 위해 잉크젯 프린터가 내장된 Series 410 시스템과 Model 606 우편물 오프너를 통과할 때 각 봉투에 날짜, 타임 스탬프 및 일련 번호를 인쇄합니다.
칩 통/인터록 시스템
Series 210 및 410 오프너에는 비우기 전에 최대 3,500개의 봉투를 개봉할 수 있는 칩 통이 있습니다. 인터록 시스템은 칩 통을 제거할 때 기계가 작동되는 것을 방지합니다.
옵션 분류기
